Wingin' It Lacquer Review and Giveaway!

Hi loves! HAPPY FRIDAY!! I have been having a hard time getting back into the swing of blogging since I've gotten back from vacation! I hope you all will forgive me though! I have a few Wingin' It Lacquers to show you and a little giveaway at the end of this post! Also so you aren't completely shocked, my stilettos are no more :( I had to make the chop! So I am starting all over and will be swatching on nubs for a while.

Who's the Boss...
...a black jelly with holo silver micro slices, hexes and stars.
All photos of Who's the Boss are shown as 2 coats over NBP Glitter-A-Peel and topped with NPB Glitter Food and SH Diamond Flash.

This is so full of glitters and they sparkle so much irl. I don't normally care for bar/slice glitters but I seem to like the little ones like this and mostly if they are silver holo. The formula was nice, thick enough to suspend the glitters so no fishing was needed but not too thick. It didn't thicken during use or get all clumpy. I really love that the base is the perfect shade of black that the silver glitters are able to show through instead of drowning in the dark color.

Dirty Girl...
...a shimmery golden pink with black glitters in various shapes and sizes: square, hex, stars and round.
All photos of  Dirty Girl are shown as 3 coats over NBP Glitter-A-Peel and topped with NPB Glitter Food and SH Diamond Flash.

Dirty Girl is gorgeous, the shimmer is stunning and really transforms it in different lighting. It shifts a bit from a coppery color to pink. It is a bit sheer but it builds nicely with 3 coats, dry time was good.

Mermaid Scales and Peacock Tails...
...a sheer black tinted jelly base jammed packed with various sizes and shapes of iridescent glitters.
All photos of Mermaid Scales and Peacock Tails is shown as 3 coats over NBP Glitter-A-Peel and topped with NPB Glitter Food and SH Diamond Flash.

MS&PT is the thickest and probably the only one I would recommend using a small amount of thinner with. There are soooooo many glitters that it covers well alone with 3 coats but it is a bit thick making dry time a little longer than the others and you need to allow ample dry time between coats to prevent dragging and clumping. The good thing about this is with a few drops of thinner it will be much easier to apply and it could be layered over other colors to minimize the layers of glitter.Crystal, the creator of Wingin It Lacquer, has said she prefers to make a thicker product so her customers can decide on the consistency they prefer. Thickness aside, I LOOOOOVE this one the most. The iridescent glitters are amazing, don't you think?
